Abstract
The study deals with two cardinal issues of competition law and order and control its effect. The key questions are these among other things, that should be the basis for considering not only the legislature but also the practice in the application of competition law.
They are thus essential aspects of interpretation, confidants kind of direction competition law. Both problems are for this reason discussed in the context of specific situations.
