Delict „Religionsstörung“ at the demesnes of Kounice and Kostelec na Černými lesy from the 80th of 18th century to the half of 19th century

Abstract

This paper deals with cases of a delict "Religionsstörung" (religion interfering) investigated by local patrimonial courts in the two Lichtenstein demesnes Kounice and Kostelec nad Černými lesy from the time of Joseph's II reforms till the half of 19th century. The emphasis is laid on the essence of the delicts, the initiation of investigations, the way of leading of the investigations by patrimonial authorities and recognition of the role of Evangelic centre in Kšely.
