Abstract
The review introduces a collection of reports which were discussed at the eponymous conference, that took place simultaneously with the meeting of the czech-slovak-french historic commission. Publication is one of the first books that is trying to take a concept of the place of memory not in form of case monography but in collective volume in czech as well as slovak milieu.
