Abstract
There is a new paradigm appearing in health care issued by perception of patient as an autnomy being: moral dimensions of treatment decision making, especially treatment which is producing any ethical dilemma, ought to be percepted on the multidisciplinary communicating process bases of ethical consultation. Article is describing foreign experiences with ethics consultations and it is also outlining some ambiguities and questions that are coming along with ethics consultations.
