Recently, there have been quite a few papers published in the field of using information and communication technology in chemistry education. Nevertheless, there are few research papers focusing on teachers’ attitudes towards using chemistry software for drawing formulas and other subjects.
In this contribution, results of a survey focused on these teachers’ attitudes are presented. An electronic questionnaire was used.
It was discovered the chemistry software for drawing formulas and other subjects is used rarely. The most often it is used in organic chemistry and biochemistry.
Teachers favour using 3D formulas and libraries.
