Abstract
The chapter tries to answer the questions: Is it possible to eradicate systemic corruption? Is it possible to control the corruption system? Is it possible to crowd out corruption on the periphery of societal life? The substantive solution for systemic corruption is viewed in the process of empowerment of voters through opening the space for consumer activism on the political market.
