Abstract

"Knowlede, Action, Pluralism" is a collective monograph edited by Janusz Salamon, Ph.D. (FSV, Univerzita Karlova) and Sebastian T. Kolodziejczyk, Ph.D. (FF, Jagiellonska Univerzita v Krakove).

Among the 14 contributors to the monograph there are world famous scholars in philosophy and religious studies from the leading American and European universities, including professors: Richard Swinburne (University of Oxford), Paul Clavier (Ecole Normale Superieure de Paris), Louis Caruana (University of London), William Wainwright (University of Wisconsin), Linda Zagzebski (University of Oklahoma), Eleonore Stump (St Louis University), Vladimir Shokhin (Lomonosov Moscow State University), Roger Pouive (Universite de Lorraine), Nehama Verbin (Tel-Aviv University), Denis Moreau (Universite de Nantes), Daniel von Wachter (International Academy of Philosophy in Liechtenstein), etc. The monograph is a multidisciplinary work dealing in an innovative way with the emerging problems at the intersection of social sciences (esp. issues of multiculturalism and intercultural communication), philosophy of science and philosophy of religion.

Due to the world class reputation of the leading contributors to the volume, this monograph is likely to be considered as one of the most important publication in the field published in 2013.
