Interleukin-6 inhibitors as novel generation of treatment strategies

Abstrakt

The aim of this paper is to present contemporarily known IL-6 inhibitors, explain their fiction and blockage of physiological and pathophysiological pathway and thein relation to the broad spectrum of bening and malignit diseases with special regard to treatment strategies using IL-6 inhibitors.
