Analysis of actors and problematic aspects of decision making processes in territorial management of suburban municipalities

Abstract

The paper focuses on the role of actors entering into the processes of planning and suburban construction. The authors try to highlight the problematic moments in the regulation of suburban proces.

The paper presents examples of territorially differentiated quality of human capital, the different attitudes of the actors in the same position, and often failing control of their activities.
