Abstrakt
An assay dealing with the influence of two most important university-models, of Paris and Bologna, for the structure of medieval Prague-University finds the reception of the Paris-model in the predominance of the magisterial-priority at the faculty of arts, medicine and theology and in the system of colleges, the factors of Bologna (especially the election of the rectors from the students) are recognizable in Prague not only at the University of Law in 1372-1418/19, but in statuory regulations of every day life in all faculties.
