Abstract
The period after taking charge of power by Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in February 1948 signified the confirming of leading position of the Party in the state. The Communist Party vindicated it´s cadre-politics in whole extend of the society.
Therefore at the begining of 1949 under patronacy of the Ministry of Education 'study-screenings at High Schools' were realized with the aim to expulse from the study not only them, who did not study orderly, but the main reason was to remove from high schools political opponents of the totalitarian form of domination rule of only one party. Greates damages comprehended the faculties of law.
Nearly one fourth part of students was forced to leave high schools.
