Abstract

An experiment with genetic manipulation causing a fluorescence of a living rabbit is opening a new theme in the current disputes about the differences between the natural and the artificial, in particular in visual arts. „Artificial life“ in the new conception is an interference into the natural life, rather than just a construction of machines mimicking shape and behavior of living creatures, as it is in traditional robotics
