The Proceedings contains 15 papers divided into three chapters. First one focuses on the methods for a quantification of external costs related to environmental damages and impacts on human health, with particular attention on mortality and value of statistical life, on buildings and materials, forestry and its non-productive functions.
Second part deals with modelling of economic and distributional impacts caused by environmental regulation, including issues of discounting. Third part discusses economic instruments in transport sector and analysis its impacts.
The analysis includes issues such as monetary valuation of externalit costs and impacts due to airborne and noise pollution, fuels assessment, urban spaces, and parking policy.
