Development and testing of a landcover indicator - a case study from the Czech Republic, Lithuania. Hungary, Romania and the Slovak Republic

Abstract

The article deals with development of new indicator of land use. The authors have developed a methodology for an aggregated indicator o land use that have demonstrated on case studies of teh Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary and Rumania.

The methodology allows an easy-to-take-in presentation of results in a map format.
