Abstract

In his doctoral dissertation author in five chapters analyzes the religious freedom in the law and order of the Czech Republic. The introductory (first) chapter is dedicated to the concept and the juridical sources of religious freedom in Czech Republic.

Following text describes the individual religious freedom freedom of physical persons (second chapter), of the family and especially of minor persons (third chapter) and finally of churches and religious societies (fourth chapter). The last (fifth) chapter is devoted partly to juridical protection of religious freedom, partly to possibility of legal limitation of this freedom. 265 pages.
