Abstract
Why a special juridical regulation of religious freedom, if accepted, in the democratic state everybody can do, what the law does not interdict? (principle of the legal licence). The article (lecture ”invited speaker”) is thinking about conception and limits of the church law generally and about regulation of religious freedom especially in the Czech Republic.
