Abstract
Modern social protection system is built to cover most of the social events they may be a citizen of the state from birth to death confronted. International migration of people raises the question of whether and to what extent social rights apply equally to the citizens of third countries.
This publication analyzes the measures in the current labor law and social security law that affect (either positively or negatively) the integration of foreigners into Czech majority society.
