Abstract
Monograph presents the issue of legal theoretical aspects of human rights. The first part of the new book series Studies of Human Rights (Studies in Human Rights) deals with the concepts and theories of human rights and proposes new mechanisms of human rights protection in the European Union and some issues of social rights.
It is the result of the work of academics and PhD students involved in the project-ounce Research Centre for Human Rights.
