Publication at Faculty of Pharmacy in Hradec Králové |
2013

Abstract

The paper deals with antimycobacterial effects of pyrazine analogues of thioacetazone. Some of the compounds displayed high inhibition of the growth of M. tuberculosis H37Rv.

Unfortunately, they were to toxic for futher development, but they can be used as model compounds for studying the mechanisms of antimycobacterial action of thiosemicarbazones.
