Abstract
The fourth issue comments to the Administrative Procedure responds to changes in the legal regulation that have occurred since the last edition. Although there is no greater amend the Administrative Code itself, there have been changes in other legislation that administrative rules related to and concerning, for example, some types of decisions, public contracts, general measures reps. other institutes of the Administrative Code.
