Abstract
The publication aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the issue of the processing of personal data in connection with the implementation of labor relations , all in light of the overall materia processing of personal data. It is presented by the key to a proper understanding and grasping privacy.
Zooms the purpose and meaning of the legislation , the historical consequences , sources of international law, EU law and submit comments to the Law on the protection of personal data ( including an overview of relevant case law). Publication does not avoid the current problems , such as monitoring employees in the workplace , using modern surveillance equipment , personnel file content , form entry questionnaire , etc. , when in their solutions the author very deftly deals with problems caused in the processing of personal data in the employment relations coexistence of the General Law on personal data protection and labor laws .
