Abstract
The book Minorities in the Communist Czechoslovakia deals with the question of the nation‘s minorities in the Czech Lands and Slovakia in 1948-1989. Being lawyer and historian the author also mentions the continuity of the legislative concerning the nation’s minorities since the Habsburg Impire.
