The Late Echoes of the Bolzanism in the Work of Czech Catholic Modernists on the Eve of the 20th century

Abstract

Bolzano´s reform ideas was prezent in the Bohemian catholicism after all 19th century. There are marked in the reform programm of Nahlovsky from 1848 and are namely obvious in all rerform programmes, formulated by the Unity of Czech Clergy after 1906.

The heritage of Bolzano is prezent in the „Renewal of the Catholic Church in the Czechoslovak Republic“ from 1919. The continuity with Bolzano is prezent in the work of the founder and first patriarch of the Czechoslovak Church dr.
