At the beginning of October 2013, The Czech Alzheimer Society published the BON APPETIT Joy of Dining in Long-Term Care. I decided to write this review based on experience resulting from a personal meeting with the author of the book on the occasion of the launch ceremony of the book BON APPETIT Joy of Dining in Long-Term Care, which was held on 21 October 2012 in Prague.
