Abstract
At the beginning of October 2013, The Czech Alzheimer Society published the BON APPETIT Joy of Dining in Long-Term Care. I decided to write this review based on experience resulting from a personal meeting with the author of the book on the occasion of the launch ceremony of the book BON APPETIT Joy of Dining in Long-Term Care, which was held on 21 October 2012 in Prague.
I am writing the review as someone with more than 20 years' experience in the hotel business at middle management level with the multinational chains of the Austria Hotels, Hilton Hotels and Corinthia Hotels. My current position and responsibility for the quality management in the dialysis centres of the B.
