Abstract
The aim of paper is to demonstrate how series of heterogennous networks were activated during the presidental election by the design of special calculus. In paper were discussed especially these levels: a) ministry of interior; b) professional and lay public; c) the Supreme Administrative Court and Constitutional Court.
The final part of paper focused on discussion of agreement problems in current (Czech) society.
