Abstract
The article gives in connection two very present themes - corruption and waste a nad thet in very concrete example of regional offices. The analysis proved that expenditures of regions on officers (rised over year-on-year growth of salaries in public administration) are strongly higher that by officers of district offices.
It wasn´t proved decidedly that higher salaries of officers direct to creation of anti-corruption environment.
