On limitation and foreclosure periods in the new civil code – part I

Abstract

The author discusses the new rules on limitation and foreclosure periods under the new Civil Code. In the first part of the paper first discusses the concept of limitation and further subject to limitation – rights that are forfeited and the rights that are not be limited.

At the same time pay attention to the beginning of the limitation period and the length of the limitation period.
