Abstract
The paper brings basic information about two surveys researching into remittances of Ukrainian labour force in Czechia done between 2011 and 2012: a) the diary method - a longitudinal approcah and b) a questionnaire survey. The main stress is put on methodological issues, nevertheless, some results of these surveys are presented, too.
