Abstract
The aim of this handbook is to provide basic orientation in the area of environmental law, especially in the area of wild animals and captive animals treatment. the effort was to transform 'legal language' into the understandable Czech and to inform the broad public of this legal regulation. The handbook is focused on the legal restriction of the activities relating to birds.
