Reaction of adolescents and young adults with primary hypertension to subnormal fitness stress and their physical activitiy

Abstract

This article contains the results of study of hemodynamic reactions of juvenile hypertonics to defined physical stress. This reaction of patients on stress in submaximal intensity (walking, jogging) is similar as in control group.

Dynamic exercise of submaximal intensity may be good acceptable for young borderline hypertensive subjects.
