The capacities to govern in Central and Eastern Europe

Abstract

The contribution presented results of the expert survey comparing capacities of governance in Estonia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Macedonia, Poland, Ukraine, and Georgia with advanced Western democracies according to the ten criteria.
