Abstract

Marketing is important part of business strategy. Appropriately targeted marketing is a competitive advantage for the enterprises.

The enterprises can choose from several marketing tools suitable for strategic analysis and for creating marketing strategy. Marketing strategy and strategy analyses can perform in their marketing department or through outsourcing services.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are unfortunately limited by their financial capital and human resources. This is reason why SMEs need carefully choose the right marketing’s tool.

The most suitable marketing tools are low cost and time saving. For this contribution was used secondary research.

For the secondary research were used monographs and papers and contributions in scientific international and national journals. The article deals with marketing tools those are suitable for using in small and medium-size enterprises.
