Bohemian Breweries Limited – Goldmine or Trap? Part III : New rivals and the bankruptcy

Abstract

The paper aims to describe the history of the British joint-stock company Bohemian Breweries Limited, which owned three breweries in Prague in the turbulent period of the late 19th century. The last part of the three-part paper describes the foundation of the new rival companies in the Prague suburbs, which, among other things, led to the bankruptcy of the company.
