Permanent or Circular Migration? Policy Choices to Address Demographic Decline and Labour Shortages in Europe

Abstract

The aim is to study impact of positive economic development in EU countries to the labour market till 2007. Labour shortages in particular countries is necessary filled by immigrants and suitable migration policy.
