Optimization of affinity chromatography of pepsins on lodinated L-tyrosine-Sepharose

Abstract

Iodinated L-tyrosine-Sepharose was used as an affinity sorbent for the separation of porcine and human pepsins. The optimized conditions for pepsin adsorption as well as enzyme desorption were investigated.
