177Lu radiolabelling and quality control of PAMAM dendrimers modified with pyridine-N-oxide derivative of DOTA

Abstract

Rate of complexation and ways of labeling of lutetium-177 with conjugate of PAMAM dendrimer with pyridine-N-oxide DOTA derivative were investigated. Suitability of different methods (TLC, HPLC) for sample purity evaluation was determined.
