Foraminiferal species diversity in the Central Paratethys - a reflection of global or local events

Abstract

The stratigraphical ranges of the Eocene-Sarmatian Central Paratethys Foraminifera were used to calculate their species diversity. Six foraminiferal species diversity events were defined.
