Abstract

Mouse polyomavirus (MPyV) VP1-pseudocapsids carrying enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP-VLPs) were used for intranasal immunization of mice. EGFP-VLPs induced strong anti-VP1 but not anti-EGFP antibody production.
