Thiosugars - Derivatization agents for chiral resolution of homeoleucines

Abstract

O-Phtaldialdehyde was used in combination with a series of six thiosugars for pr-column chiral derivatization of selected primary acid. The diastereoisomers wer separated on an conventioanal reversed-phase column.
