Abstrakt
A significant proportion of the patients hospitalized at Psychiatric Clinic in Hradec Králové form seniors. In our presentation we describe the therapeutic options affecting (helps to improve) their cognitive deficits during hospitalization (cognitive brain training, reminiscence therapy, volunteering, art therapy session).
Since one of our objectives is the maintaining independence and return to the home environment, we followed the situation of patients after their discharge from our Clinic. In this context, we have been focused on the available options and follow-up support (terrain nursing, nursing services in senior centers).
