Abstract
One of main topics linked with changes in Czech education are activities that offer pupils the opportunity to develop their abilities and skills and at the same time, are motivating for them. These activities are diverse; one of them is presented in the paper.
Basic characteristics of suitable activities including possible modifications for different pupils' age-levels are developed.
