Czech-Latvia contacts during the First World War and establishment of diplomatic relations

Abstract

The chapter focuses on first bilateral contacts between the Czech and Latvian exile during WWI and military cooperation of legions in Siberia and further on the establishment of diplomatic relations and recognition of Latvia de jure by Czechoslovak government.
