Abstract
Elections and electoral systems are one of the most important institutions in democratic political systems, a well as on of the pillars of modern democracies. Analysis of electoral systems and its consequences is therefore an object of number of studies.
The main objective of this monography is a detailed comprative analysis of the politics of electoral reform in Czechoslovakia and the Czech republic since 1989 and its changes during the time.
