Photoelectrical behavior of perylene derivative/pi-conjugated polymer system

Abstract

Organic photovoltaic cells composed of a perylene derivative, acting as an acceptor and a pi-conjugated polymer poly{1-phenyl-2-[4-(trimethylsilyl)phenyl]acetylene}, acting as a donor of photogenerated free electrons are presented.
