Synthesis of a bifunctional monophosphinate DOTA derivative having a free carboxylate group in the phosphorus side chain

Abstract

Ethylester of H3PO2 was prepared and used in synthesis of monophosphinic acid DOTA derivative t-butyl protected on cycle carboxylates. Propionic acid side chain on phosphorus atom has free carboxylic group suitable for conjugation to biological vectors.
