Complexes of DOTA-bisphosphonate conjugates: Probes for determination of adsorption capacity and affinity constants of hydroxyapatite

Abstract

Complexes of three bis(phosphonate) DOTA derivatives with (160)Tb radioisotope were suggested as probes for determination of sorption parameters of these and other compounds (e.g. medicinally utilized simple bis-phosphonates) on hydroxyapatite surface.
