Abstract

The interaction of porcine pepsin A with immobilized derivatives of aromatic amino acids was investigated. Divinyl sulfone-activated Sepharose was used to immobilize N-acetyl-L-phenylalanine and 3,5-diiodo-L-tyrosine via their free carboxyl groups.
