Anthropogenic Impact on Selected Oxbow Lakes in the Elbe River Floodplain

Abstract

This article brings the information about the natural state and the impact of human activities on fluvial lakes in the central part of the Elbe River. Significant differences were found in waterquality as well as heavy metal concentrations in sediments.
