Abstract
The PhD theses is focused on organization of myofibrillar PCr/CK system in skeletal muscle. Substrate channeling between CK in M-line and myosin ATPase is quantified.
The strong bond of the CK molecule in M-line is described, it is pH dependent and the bond is amplified in the presence of its substrates
